UCLA Women’s Basketball is excited to celebrate National Girls & Women in Sports Day on Sunday, January 26 when they take on Washington St. at 12pm!

February 5, 2020 marks the 33rd Annual National Girls & Women in Sports Day (NGWSD). For more than three decades, this celebration has empowered women and girls to get moving, reap the benefits of physical activity and push past their limits both in sports and in life. The confidence, strength and character gained through sports and physical activity are the very tools girls need to become strong leaders, in their own lives and in the world. UCLA will be hosting a pregame panel at 10 am on Sunday, January 26 before the game. Tickets start at just $13 and include a ticket to the panel and admission to the game. CLICK HERE and enter offer code: GIRLPOWER to purchase tickets to the game and the pregame panel.

You will not receive a panel ticket via email, but your name will be on a list upon arrival, one admission per ticket package purchased. Season Ticket Holders receive free admission to the pregame panel - more information sent to season ticket holders via email on Wednesday, Jan. 15.

The panel will UCLA Student-Athletes Savvy Simo, Taylor Johnson, Kyla Ross, Bri Perez & former UCLA Women's Basketball sudent-athlete Chrissy Baird. The panel will be moderated by head coach of the 2019 National Championship UCLA Softball team, Coach Kelly Inouye-Perez.

Girls aged 7-13 are invited to apply for select gameday roles and experience first hand all of the behind the scenes elements that take place during a gameday.

Please only apply if you are available from 10:30 am - 2 pm on Sunday, January 26, as some positions will last the entirety of the game.

All applications must be submitted by 5 pm on Sunday, January 19. Participants will be notified and sent final details by the end of the day on Tuesday, January 21.
