2026 UCLA Field Trip Day Registration

Thank you for your interest in UCLA Women's Basketball and UCLA Women's Volleyball Field Trip Events! We are pleased to offer complimentary tickets to such a great opportunity at UCLA's campus. Field Trip days are a great way to expose your students to a fun break on a university campus, as well as a reminder that it's never too early to begin thinking about college. 

Please read the gameday information below carefully and register your group for one or both of the upcoming Field Trip Days this November.

  • UCLA Women's Basketball vs. Lehigh - Monday, November 2 at 11:30am
  • UCLA Women's Volleyball vs Washington - Thursday, November 12 at 11am

ADMISSION & SEATING

Tickets will be general admission. We expect you to distribute and use all of your allotted tickets. The tickets are not to be sold or given to other outside of your immediate group.

Elementary and Middle Schools: Groups will receive tickets at least 5-7 days prior to event via email.

 
High Schools: Due to NCAA regulations, we are not able to provide high school groups with hard tickets. Group leaders must pick up high school tickets at the Pauley box on gameday.

FOOD
GROUPS ARE ALLOWED TO BRING SACK LUNCHES TO THE ARENA! CONCESSION STANDS WILL BE OPEN AND AVAILABLE ON GAMEDAY AS WELL! 
 
​**As a reminder, Pauley Pavilion is CASHLESS.

Cars will need to park in Lot 4,7, and 8
Busses will need to park on Sepulveda near the Cemetery.

Drop Off Options:

  • Drop-off 1: The designated bus loading area on Charles E. Young Drive North, just west of the Sunset Blvd. and Westwood Plaza entrance to campus.
  • Drop-off 2: The Luskin Turnaround on Westwood Plaza
  • Drop-off 3: The unloading spaces on Charles E Young Drive West, north of the Los Angeles Tennis Center

TRANSPORTATION

BUS TRANSPORTATION FROM SCHOOLS IS NOT PROVIDED. SCHOOL BUSSES CAN USE THE SOUTH SIDE OF CHARLES E. YOUND DRIVE NORTH FOR ALL DROP OFFS AND PICK UPS. (ACCESS VIA BELLAGIO DRIVE ONLY)BUS PARKING WILL BE LOCATED ON SEPULVEDA NEAR THE CEMETERY WHERE PAID PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON GAMEDAY. CAR / SHUTTLE PARKING WILL BE LOCATED IN LOTS 4,7, AND 8 ON UCLA CAMPUS.
