Autographs & Donations

NCAA rules generally don’t permit Division I members schools like UCLA to donate athletic equipment, apparel, autographed items or any other item to a high school or any entity that benefits a high school or high school-aged students or organizations affiliated with high school-aged students.  Such donation requests may be granted for a bona-fide youth organization such as the YMCA, Boys or Girls Clubs or a Boy/Girl Scout troop.  It is also permissible for intercollegiate athletic departments to donate used athletics equipment to a 3rd party nonprofit established to distribute such equipment to local high schools  of which the university can have no part in selecting.

All autograph and donation requests must be facilitated through Julie Campos in the UCLA Athletic Department (jcampos@athletics.ucla.edu).  Requests cannot be accepted by Marketing, Sports Information, the Ticket Office, individual sport offices or any other athletics department entity.

When submitting your request, please note that NCAA rules do not allow items to be autographed by one student-athlete only.  An item may be signed by multiple student-athletes or entire times if time allows.

Student-athletes may provide autographs at certain athletic department promotional events or after practice and games as their time allows. Please be respectful of our student-athletes when requesting their autograph.  However, please note that student-athlete autographs must not be sold or traded for money or any item of value as this could jeopardize the eligibility of the involved student-athlete.
