Trevor Ariza Named UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete Off The Week

Freshman forward Trevor Ariza (Los Angeles, CA/Westchester HS) of the UCLA Men's Basketball Team was selected as the UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Dec. 22-28.
Ariza recorded his first career double-double with a 15-point/14-rebound performance against Michigan. He set career-best numbers for points, rebounds and minutes (35) and also tied his career-high with three steals. Eight or Ariza's 14 rebounds were on the offensive end. He also had two assists and one blocked shot and shot 7-13 from the field.
This is Ariza's first UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the season and of his career.
