For the second time this outdoor season, Johnson set the NCAA Outdoor women's pole vault record, vaulting 15-0 to win the competition at the Stanford Invitational. She originally set the record on March 6 at Drake Stadium with a height of 14-9, breaking the old mark of 14-8 set by Oregon's Becky Holliday in 2003. Johnson's 15-0 mark is the No. 5 mark of all-time and was also a new meet record, breaking the old standard of 14-1.25, set by UCLA's Tracy O'Hara in 2002.

This is Johnson's second UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the season and of her career.

Also nominated: Craig Everhart, M. Track & Field; Keira Goerl, Softball; Brian Schroeder, Baseball.
