CELEBRATING 100: UCLA earned the first-place ranking in this week's USA Today/AVCA Division I-II Men's Coaches Top 15 Poll, and by doing so, reached a milestone no other college is near reaching. The Bruins have been ranked atop the poll 100 times since it was established in 1986. UCLA has been ranked number one in a final season poll eight times, five more than USC's total of three. The Bruins hold the record for most consecutive weeks ranked atop the poll with 34 from Feb. 9, 1993, to the 1995 final poll. Only USC and Pepperdine have been ranked number one more than UCLA's longest streak in the top spot. USC has been ranked number one 36 times, while Pepperdine has adorned the lead 35 times.
