Ten Games

Ten games. That's what's left of the regular season for our men's basketball team. Obviously a lot can and will happen in that timeframe. The Pac-10 race is as heated as it has ever been and pundits are declaring the conference the nation's best on almost a daily basis. All of this means that this year's Pac-10 Tournament (March 7-10) should be a great one. We'll be contacting many of you in the days ahead to determine your interest in purchasing tickets for the tournament if that is a facet of your partnership agreement.
On a separate note, the remainder of the Pac-10 season at home is sold out, so if you're holding tickets for those games, you've got gold in your hands!
A few quick notes of consequence for you. Our staff recently returned from ISP's annual Corporate Development Conference where we were awarded the ISPY Award for "Best Comeback" by a property in 2006-07.
On the individual front, Peter Mosienko was rewarded for his stellar year in 2006-07 by being promoted to Senior Associate GM. In addition, Peter is also ISP's first two-time winner of the President's Cup which he also won in 2003 as a member of the Miami staff. The President's Cup is ISP's highest honor and is awarded for overall excellence. Points for the President's Cup are accumulated throughout the year based on sales, sales calls made, presentations made, etc. Peter is the first west coast rep to win the award. In addition to the President's Cup, Peter had what is believed to be the best sales year ever by an ISP employee.
As General Manager, I am very pleased with the staff we have assembled and believe we are poised for continued success in 2007-08. Greg, Adam, Peter and our interns Ashley, Alex and Ken do an outstanding job and both ISP and UCLA are lucky to have such a dedicated group of true professionals as representatives. We very much appreciate the support you have given us and want to continue to exceed your expectations each day.
Go Bruins! -TD
