Complete Results

John Caulfield and Darius Reed led the Bruin men's track and field team in Flagstaff, AZ on Saturday as Reed won the 55m hurdles and Caulfield equaled his lifetime-best in the shot put.

Caulfield equaled his lifetime-best with a season-best toss of 62-5 in the shot put to finish third overall. The mark improved on his NCAA provisional qualifier and moved him to No. 7 in the country this season.

Reed ran an NCAA provisional qualifer of 7.38 in the 55m hurdles to win that event. Reed had the fastest prelim time (7.41) and then improved on that in the final. His time of 7.38 converts to a 7.91 60m hurdles time, which is also an NCAA provisional mark.

Also posting wins in Arizona were Mike Landers in the pole vault (17-1.50) and Michael Johnson in the triple jump (50-4.50). Both were NCAA provisional qualifying marks, but Landers and Johnson have better marks this season.

Darius Savage also had a big day, throwing a lifetime-best 58-11 in the shot put to finish 12th overall. His mark was an NCAA provisional qualifier and improved his season-best throw by over two feet.
