
Reed Runs Top 60m Hurdles Qualifier in Seattle, WA

Freshman Darius Reed, the only male Bruin competing on Friday at the MPSF Indoor Championships in Seattle, WA, ran the fastest 60m hurdles time in the prelims of that event, running 7.92 seconds. His time was .01 off of the NCAA provisional qualifier.
Reed will run for the first conference title of his young Bruin career on Saturday at 12:40 pm.
Also competing on Saturday will be Michael Johnson in the triple jump (1:30 pm), Laef Barnes in the mile (12:00 pm), and Mike Landers and Dave Murphy in the pole vault (1:15 pm).
