
Clark Highlights Bruin Men With Triple Jump Win At Northridge Relays

Freshman Jonathan Clark won the triple jump competition at the Northridge Relays to highlight all Bruin competitors at the meet on Saturday. Clark posted a top mark of 47-11.25 to win.
In the 1500m, the Bruins took four of the top-five spots as senior Henry Hagenbuch led the way with his lifetime-best and second-place finish of 3:52.97. Sophomore Marco Anzures also ran a lifetime-best of 3:54.32 to place third, while juniors Kyle Shackleton (3:55.26) and Drew Shackleton (3:55.28, lifetime-best) finished fourth and fifth, respectively.
In the high hurdles, junior Matt Reuter ran a lifetime-best 15.45 to place 11th overall. Freshman Greg Woepse was the top finisher in the pole vault with his second-place mark of 15-7. Junior Bobby Talley was third with an outdoor-best of 15-7.
