Samantha Peszek, Christine Peng-Peng Lee Earn Pac-12 Weekly Honors

Peszek returned to the all-around for the first time in nearly a month and scored a season-high-tying 39.625 to take first place, her third all-around win in as many attempts. Additionally, she tied for second place on three events, scoring 9.9 on vault and bars and a career-high-tying 9.95 on beam (her third 9.95 on beam this season), and added 9.875 on her first floor routine in a month, tying for fifth. Peszek's beam score helped the Bruins record a season-high 49.525 on the event.
After missing last week's competition due to illness, Lee made a triumphant return to competition on Saturday, with wins on both events she competed. Lee scored a career-high 9.975 on beam, earning a perfect 10 from one of the two judges. She also added a career-high-tying 9.95 on bars, her third 9.95 score of the season on that event. Additionally, she performed an exhibition on vault that scored 9.925, which would have put her in second place if her score had counted.
Utah's Georgia Dabritz earned Specialist of the Week honors.
UCLA returns to action on Saturday, Feb. 28 at Arizona State in a meet that will be televised live on Pac-12 Networks at 12pm MT/11am PT.
