Junior middle blocker Mitch Stahl, sophomore outside hitter Jake Arnitz and freshman setter/hitter Micah Ma'a were named American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Men's Volleyball All-Americans in an announcement on Monday.

Ma'a, who broke the school rally scoring single-season serving mark with 57 aces this year, was a first-team honoree and ranks fourth in the nation in aces per set (0.49). A first-team All-MPSF selection, he was named the winner of the OfftheBlock National Server of the Year award last week and was a four-time National co-winner of the Freshman of the Week award during this season. Ma'a was also chosen to the OfftheBlock Freshman All-America team.

Stahl and Arnitz were each named to the second- team. Stahl ranks fifth in the nation in blocks per set (1.21). He was named the AVCA Player of the Week after helping lead UCLA to wins on the road over George Mason, Ohio State and Penn State to open the 2016 season. He ranks 10th on the single-season block assist school list (rally scoring era) with 110 and was a finalist for the Ryan Millar Award presented to the nation's best middle attacker. Arnitz has upped his hitting percentage almost 100 points this season to a .315 mark and leads the team with a 3.3 kills per set average. He was a first-round All-MPSF and All-MPSF Tournament selection this season.

UCLA will play next in an NCAA Semifinal contest on Thursday against the winner of Tuesday's play-in match between George Mason and Ohio State. That match will be streamed over ncaa.com at 5 p.m. PT.
