Nine Bruins Earn All-Academic Honors

WOODLAND, Calif. -- Nine Bruins were selected as MPSF All-Academic honorees, the conference announced Tuesday. ย Alexis Angermund, India Forster, Devin Grab, Aubrie Monahan, Kelsey O'Brien, Nicole Reynolds, Elissia Schilling, Alexa Tielmann, and Ashley Zwirner were selected from the third-ranked UCLA women's water polo team.
Grab, a sophomore majoring in sociology, led the group with a 3.496 cumulative GPA. ย The attacker from South Pasadena was second on the team in scoring (42), and posted a season-high five goals against Redlands (April 3). ย
To be selected, student-athletes must have a 3.00 or better cumulative grade point average and have competed in fifty percent or more of the institution's competition this past season.
