May Named to USA Volleyball CNT-Europe Roster

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Following a three-day tryout in March against the top collegiate volleyball players in the country, three Bruins were selected for USA College National Teams this summer.

Rising sophomore Mac May was named to the 12-player U.S. Women's Collegiate National Team Europe Tour (CNT-Europe) roster, which will train and compete in Europe July 4-15. The main competition for the CNT-Europe roster will be the Global Challenge, held July 10-13 in Pula, Croatia.

Rising junior Madeleine Gates was also selected for the CNT-Europe roster, but will not attend due to an academic conflict, while rising sophomore Jenny Mosser was selected for one of the USA College National Teams, but will not attend due to a timing conflict with UCLA's upcoming foreign trip this summer.
