BUENOS AIRES, Argentina - Bruin alum Manav Shah earned a full membership for the first half of the 2019 PGA TOUR Latinoamérica season after finishing sixth at the PGA TOUR Latinoamérica Qualifying Tournament (Jan. 29-Feb. 1 at Canuelas Golf Club).

Shah finished at 8-under 280 following rounds of 71-69-73-67. The Bakersfield native has made 25 starts on three different PGA TOURs, including 23 on PGA TOUR Canada. He also played in the 2018 John Deere Classic on the PGA TOUR. Shah spent the 2018 season on the Golden State Golf Tour, winning a pair of tournaments.

The 2019 PGA TOUR Latinoamérica season begins in late March in Panama.
