UCLA Wraps Up Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Media Day

SAN FRANCISCO – A fast-paced day at the Pac-12 Conference headquarters in downtown San Francisco concluded on Monday evening, as The Michael Price Family UCLA Women's Head Basketball Coach Cori Close, Michaela Onyenwere and Japreece Dean represented UCLA at Pac-12 Women's Basketball Media Day.

The Bruins, who were picked fourth in the Pac-12 Preseason Coaches Poll, spent their day with a variety of activities, including live television segments on the Pac-12 Networks, as well as pre-recorded segments for ESPN. Media day also included photo shoots, press conferences and social breaks for networking and media interaction.
At 11 a.m. PT, the UCLA trio took questions from the Pac-12, local and national media. The press conference was streamed live on Facebook and Twitter.

During the morning portion, Onyenwere took part in a live Twitter chat with the Associated Press, which allowed fans to ask questions with the hashtag #APBKW.
