Pac-12 Conference Unveils Track & Field All-Academic Teams

SAN FRANCISCO โ€“ Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott revealed the 2019 Pac-12 Conference Men's and Women's Track & Field All-Academic Teams on Tuesday morning, and the UCLA Bruins garnered multiple selections, including a pair of First Team recipients for the men.

Both Andy Ehrenberg (statistics) and Millen Trujillo (political science) garnered Pac-12 All-Academic First Team honors, while Colin Burke (business economics) and Riley Kelly (psychobiology) were named to the Second Team. The Honorable Mention honorees included Robert Brandt, Matthew DeRoos, Chris Morzenti, Leon Powell, Jacob Wilson and Kai Wong.

On the women's side, Paige Carter, Ilaria Casarotto, Christina Chenault, Jackie Garner, Elleyse Garrett, Melissa Maneatis, Claire Markey, Schuyler Moore and Christina Rice were named to the Honorable Mention team.

To be eligible, student-athletes had to achieve a 3.0 overall grade-point average and be either a starter or significant contributor, and have completed at least one year in residence at their current institution.
