Turner, from Aliso Viejo, Calif., recorded a first-half hat trick, netting three goals in a 30-minute span (6', 17', 36') and accounting for all of the scoring in the Bruins' 3-0 win at LMU. The hat trick was UCLA's first since Hailie Mace scored three against Santa Clara in 2017. Turner, UCLA's scoring leader in 2020 as a freshman, now holds the team lead in scoring with four goals and eight points. She is tied for the Pac-12 lead in goals per game (1.00)
This is Turner's first-ever Player of the Week award.
