Women’s Cross Country Soars to Team Second in Regular Season Finale

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – UCLA Cross Country completed its slate of regular season meets with an impressive team second-place finish at the Texas A&M Arturo Barrios Invitational on Friday.
Mia Kane was UCLA's top finisher for the third-consecutive race, placing 14th in a field of 387 competitors. The junior distance runner crossed in 20:04.6, her season-best in the 6000-meter race. Angelina Shandro (20:22.8) and Chloe Browne (20.25.2) joined Kane in the top 35 finishers, outpacing more than 90 percent of the field. Hailey Golmon (20:40.3) and Bella Browne (20:42.1) rounded out scorers for the Bruins.
