Turner Named Pac-12 Offensive Player of Week

After totaling four goals and an assist in a pair of wins over the Oregon schools, UCLA senior forward Reilyn Turner was named the Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week.
Turner (Aliso Viejo, Calif.) recorded the third hat trick of her career in a 4-0 win over Oregon on Oct. 8. Only two other players in UCLA's history have more (Traci Arkenberg and Sydney Leroux). In the Bruins' 6-0 win over Oregon State on Oct. 5, Turner had one goal and one assist. With her four goals this week, Turner moved into fifth all-time on UCLA's career goals scored list with 39 and into seventh on the career points list with 92. She also moved into a tie for sixth all-time at UCLA with 14 career game-winning goals after her game-winner against Oregon.
This is the Turner's first Pac-12 weekly award this season and third in her career. UCLA has won a total of seven Pac-12 Player of the Week awards in 2023, with three different Bruins receiving Offensive Player of the Week honors.
