UCLA Announces 2023 Men's Water Polo Schedule

LOS ANGELES โ Theย UCLAย Men'sย Water Polo team announced its 2023ย schedule today, highlighted byย conference home games against all three MPSF rivals Stanford (Sept. 9),ย USC (Oct. 14), and California (Oct. 28). The Bruins will also face those same teams in league-road games, visiting California on Oct. 7 and Stanford on Oct. 8, and ending the regular season at USC on Nov. 11.
The Pac-12 Network willย televise two of UCLA's home games this upcoming season, starting with the Bruins' home game against the Trojans and concluding with a Wednesday night contest (Oct. 18) with Princeton.
The Bruins will compete in three different regular-seasonย tournaments during the year, beginning with the season opener against a team to be determined on Saturday, Sept. 2 at the Triton Invitational on the campus of UC San Diego. UCLA will also compete at the Inland Empire Classic (Sept. 10) against UC San Diego and Cal Lutheran, as well as the MPSF Invitational, which it will co-host with USC on Sept. 22-24. All game opponents and times for the Triton and MPSF Invitationals will be announced at a later date.
UCLA will hit the road for key non-conference games at Pacific (Sept. 16) and UC Davis (Sept. 17) before concluding its non-league road slate atย UC Santa Barbara (Oct. 20).
The Bruins will also host Pepperdine (Sept. 29), Air Force (Sept. 30) and UC Irvine (Nov. 3) in non-conference home games at Dirks Pool at Spieker Aquatics Center.
The annual Alumni Game will be hled after the USC game on Saturday, Oct. 14.
California will host the six-team 2023 MPSF Championshipย on Nov. 17-19ย while USC will host the 2023 NCAA Championshipย on Nov. 30-Dec. 3.
