Football Spring Details Announced

LOS ANGELES โ Details regarding UCLA football's upcoming spring, including a full slate of events around the annual UCLA Football Spring Showcase on Saturday, April 27, were announced Thursday.
The Spring Showcase is returning to Rose Bowl Stadium this year under new head coach DeShaun Foster. The day will also feature a spring game for UCLA men's soccer against the Liga Premier U23 Select Team on the historic Spieker Field at Rose Bowl Stadium. Admission for 2024 UCLA Football Spring Showcase is free, however a ticket is required. Tickets can be claimed NOW.
Free parking for the Spring Showcase will be available in Lots H and K starting at 9:30 a.m., with stadium gates opening at 10 a.m. Kickoff for the soccer game is set for 11 a.m. The football team is expected to take the field at approximately 2 p.m. An autograph session with the football team will complete the day's events.
The Spring Showcase is one of 14 opportunities to see UCLA football prepare for its first season in the Big Ten Conference, with three practices scheduled per week through Thursday, May 2. Also new this year is a "Friday Night Lights" session on Friday, April 19 at 7 p.m. All others will occur on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, beginning at 8:30 a.m. each day.
All training sessions besides the Spring Showcase will occur on Spaulding Field at the Wasserman Football Center on the campus of UCLA. They will be open to standing-room public viewing from the roof of Parking Structure 8. All-day parking is available on campus, including in Structure 8, at a daily rate of $15. All Wooden Athletic Fund (WAF) members are invited to the 10th Annual WAF Member Appreciation Event at the Rose Bowl prior to the Spring Showcase. Current WAF members will receive a separate invitation in the coming days, while prospective ones can join the Wooden Athletic Fund today and enjoy access to the Member Appreciation Event.
Former UCLA football letter winners looking to attend UCLA football practice are encouraged to contact UCLA Football Executive Director of Player Development Durell Price (dprice@athletics.ucla.edu). Two UCLA football alumni receptions are scheduled around the April 6 session and April 27 Spring Showcase. More details to follow via an email from the Bruin Varsity Club.
