"Bronwyn brings a great gymnastics skill set to the team and has beautiful lines and execution that will be well received in NCAA Gymnastics," McDonald said. "She is an all-around athlete, but her form and execution will make her someone we look to on uneven bars, especially. "Riley is a strong and powerful gymnast who will increase our depth and can make an immediate impact for us, particularly on vault and floor," said McDonald. "She has an energetic and determined spirit that will add to the culture of our team."ย
ย
McDonald also pointed to the local ties of Hoffman and Jenkins. "Growing up watching our team and cheering for the Bruins has given them both a passion and enthusiasm for UCLA that was infectious and felt early on in the recruiting process," she said. "I knew right away that they would both make the most out of their opportunities here at UCLA."ย  ย
