UCLA Football Announces Changes to Future Schedules

LOS ANGELES – The UCLA football program announced on Wednesday changes to its future schedules, affecting the 2025-2030 seasons.
Mutual agreements were reached to cancel home-and-home dates with Georgia and Auburn. The Bruins were set to face Georgia at Rose Bowl Stadium in 2025, before making a return trip to Athens, Ga. in 2026. Auburn was to visit the Rose Bowl in 2027 and host UCLA in 2028.
UCLA will now take on Utah in Pasadena, Calif. on Aug. 30, 2025 and complete the series at Rice-Eccles Stadium on Sept. 7, 2030. The Bruins return to California Memorial Stadium on Sept. 5, 2026, kicking off a four-game series with the Golden Bears. Cal comes to the Rose Bowl on Sept. 4, 2027 and Sept. 15, 2029, with UCLA also stopping off in Berkeley, Calif. on Sept. 2, 2028. The Bruins are also now slated to host UC Davis on Aug. 28, 2027 and Sept. 1, 2029.
UCLA holds an all-time record of 12-9 versus Utah. The programs have faced off every year since the Utes joined the Pac-12 Conference in 2011, with the exception of the pandemic-shortened 2020 season. Utah will join the Big 12 Conference later this year.
UCLA is 58-35-1 against Cal. The 2024 campaign will be the first since their initial meeting in 1933 that the Bruins and Golden Bears have not clashed on the gridiron.
UCLA has prevailed in each of its two previous meetings with UC Davis, outscoring the Aggies by a 26-0 margin in 1932 and a 49-0 count in 1934. Both games were played at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.
