LOS ANGELES โ The UCLA men's basketball team will take on New Mexico in a non-conference neutral-site matchup on Friday, Nov. 8, at Lee's Family Forum in Henderson, Nev.
ย
The Bruins will face New Mexico in their second game of the 2024-25 regular season on Friday, Nov. 8, just outside of Las Vegas, in a state-of-the-art entertainment venue that opened in 2022.
ย
"We're excited to add New Mexico to our schedule this season," said Mick Cronin, The Michael Price Family UCLA Men's Head Basketball Coach. "This game provides us with another good measuring stick, early in the season, to see what our team is made of and how we stack up against a program that went 26-10 last year. I have a ton of respect for Richard Pitino, and he has put UNM's program in a really strong position in the Mountain West. This game also gives our fans in the Las Vegas region a chance to come cheer on the Bruins in November."
ย
UCLA has compiled a 2-2 all-time record against New Mexico. The matchup on Nov. 8 will mark UCLA's first contest against the Lobos since the Bruins secured a 69-58 win in the John Wooden Classic on Dec. 6, 1997, played at the Honda Center in Anaheim. The Bruins' prior matchups against New Mexico took place in Dec. 1954, Dec. 1983 and Nov. 1987.

The game time and television details have not been finalized for UCLA's contest against New Mexico. In addition, ticket information for the upcoming matchup against New Mexico at Lee's Family Forum will be announced at a later date.
