Women’s Basketball Postpones Jan. 12 Game Against Northwestern

LOS ANGELES – Sunday's women's basketball game against Northwestern University has been postponed.
There is no immediate threat posed to UCLA's campus by the fires, per Bruins Safe Online. Based on available data on air quality in Westwood, UCLA is allowing indoor and outdoor activities and has provided alternative venue options for athletic competitions. The Wildcats have decided not to travel for their two-game road trip west; the scheduled games against UCLA (Jan. 12) and USC (Jan. 15) will not be played. The Big Ten Conference is looking into all possible rescheduling options and will share additional information when available.
Once possible rescheduling options are known, UCLA Athletics will contact ticket holders with more information. Ticket purchasers with additional questions may contact the Central Ticket Office at 310-825-2101 or cto@tickets.ucla.edu.

The Bruins (17-0, 6-0 B1G) are set to take on Penn State (9-7, 0-5 B1G) on Wednesday, Jan. 15. The game is tentatively set to tip at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday and broadcast to Peacock.
