Trio of Bruins Win 2025 NWSL Championship
November 22, 2025 | Women's Soccer
Reale, the 2025 NWSL Rookie of the Year, started and played 63 minutes in the shutout win. Cook was available off the bench but did not play, while Campbell did not dress as the team's No. 3 goalkeeper. Rose Lavelle scored the game's only goal in the 80th minute.
The Gotham trio are no strangers to championships. Reale and Cook won the NCAA Championship with UCLA in 2022 and a Pac-12 title in 2023, Campbell won a Pac-12 title with Stanford in 2022, and the three together won the Big Ten Tournament title in 2024 with the Bruins.
A total of 16 Bruins have won 28 NWSL Championships since the league formed in 2013.
