Ryder Dodd Named MPSF West/Delfina Player of the Week

LOS ANGELES --ย UCLA sophomore attacker Ryder Doddย (Long Beach,ย Calif./JSerra Catholicย HS) has been named the MPSFย West/Delfina Player of the Weekย as announced by the league office today.
Dodd led UCLA to a 2-0 record this past week (20-1 overall, 4-1 MPSF West) with home wins over No. 3 Stanford (Nov. 1) and No. 4 California (Nov. 2).
He accumulated nine goals in the two games, which included a season-high seven goalsย in the 18-12 win over the Golden Bears, along with two steals and a field block. In the 13-12 sudden death overtime win over the Cardinal, Dodd had two fourth quarter goals, two assists, three drawn exclusions, one field block, one steal, and won all three of his sprints.
This is the seventh career MPSF weekly award for Dodd.
