Women’s Basketball to Face St. John’s at Basketball Hall of Fame Women’s Showcase in November

LOS ANGELES - UCLA Women's Basketball will return to Uncasville, Conn., for the 2026 Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame Women's Showcase this November.
The Bruins will face off against St. John's University at Mohegan Sun on Tuesday, November 24.
"We are so excited to take part in the Basketball Hall of Fame Women's Showcase again," said The Michael Price Family UCLA Women's Head Basketball Coach Cori Close. "This event always helps us prepare to be at our best and compete at the highest level. To have a national platform to grow the game, we couldn't be more thrilled."
UCLA holds a 3-0 advantage over the Red Storm in all-time meetings between the programs, all under Coach Cori Close. The most recent meeting resulted in a 73-65 Bruins victory on November 28, 2021, at the Gulf Coast Showcase in Fort Myers, Fla.
The Bruins last competed in the Invesco QQQ Basketball Hall of Fame Women's Showcase in Uncasville in December 2023; the No. 2-ranked Bruins downed No. 20 Florida State 95-78 in the non-conference battle. Sophomore Lauren Betts had a monstrous 22-point, 18-rebound double-double in the win.
Tickets for the 2026 Women's Showcase will go on sale Friday, September 11, via Ticketmaster and on sale at the Mohegan Sun Arena Box Office starting Saturday, September 12. Presale opportunities will be announced at a later date.
