2015 (Track) โ UCLA vs. USC competed in the dual in the 3,000m steeple running 11:19.01 to place 4th .... also ran the 1,500m and placed 13th running a 4:57.07โฆ Mt. SAC Relaysโฆran the 1500 with a season best of 4:38.23 โฆ Rafer/JJK Collegiate Invitational won the 3,000 with a time of 10:14.45 โฆ UCLA Legends Invitational ran the 1,500 placing 6th with a time of 4:41.41.
2014 (XC)ย โ Garnered Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention accolades โฆ Competed in one meet as a redshirt freshman ... Finished seventh overall to lead the Bruins at the Nevada Twilight Classic (4k) with a time of 15:14.
2014 (Track) - Ran a lifetime best of 10:53.03 in the 3,000m steeplechase to finish 11th at the Mt. SAC Relays โฆ This time ranks 10th all time in the event at UCLA โฆ Won the 3,000m steeple at the WSU Dual with a time of 10:57.75 โฆ Finished second in the mile at the San Francisco Distance Carnival with a lifetime best of 4:33.73 โฆ Finished fourth at the NAU Invitational with a lifetime best in the mile of 4:58.03.
2013 (XC) - Finished the Titan Invitational with a season best in the 5k of 17:59.8 โฆ Ran the 6k at the Dual at the Rose Bowl in a time of 22:37.57.
High School - Four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track and field at Mt. Carmel HS ... Three-time State qualifier, all-league honoree and MVP in cross country ... Finished 14th at the State meet as a senior in a personal-best time of 18:19 ... Also earned a Top 25 State finish as a freshman ... Awarded first-team All-CIF as a senior and second-team as a freshman ... Received High School Sports Association Scholar-Athlete scholarship and was named the Mt.
