Two Bruins Selected Pre-Season All-Americans By College Soccer Online

UCLA seniors Shaun Tsakiris (Saratoga, CA/Bellarmine Prep) and McKinley Tennyson, Jr. (Indianapolis, IN/North Central HS) were selected by College Soccer Online as pre-season All-Americans for the 2000 season.
Tsakiris, a mdifielder, earned second-team pre-season acclaim. Last season, he earned first-team all-conference honors after scoring two goals and recording a league-leading 13 assists, which ranks sixth on UCLA's all-time list.
Tennyson, a forward, garnered honorable mention pre-season honors. Last season, he tied for the team and league lead in goals scored with 12. He also added seven assists and was selected to the all-conference second team. In his career, he has accumulated 25 goals and 18 assists (68 points).
