Hall, Richards Compete At CA Invitational Heptathlon

Sophomore Nastassja Hall finished sixth and freshman Georgea Richards placed 10th at the California Invitational Heptathlon, held in conjunction with the Mt. SAC Relays, on Wednesday-Thursday (April 14-15) at Azusa Pacific.
Hall finished with 4,621 points and was also sixth after the first day of competition, with 2,826 points. Richards had 4,447 points and was again 10th after the first day, with 2,742 points. Both point totals are Pac-10 qualifying marks. The 2004 Pac-10 Multi-Events will be held May 8-9 and hosted by the University of Arizona.
The Bruins will continue competition this weekend at the Mt. SAC Relays and Pomona Pitzer and Long Beach State Invitationals.
