Charlotte Mayorkas Named UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week

Mayorkas won the Pac-10 Championship by two shots over teammate Hannah Jun and helped the Bruins win their third Pac-10 title and first since 1991. Mayorkas, the Pac-10 Player of the Year, posted scores of 74-71-73--218 (+2), earning her fourth tournament victory of the season and fifth of her career. She has posted eight consecutive Top 10 finishes this season and ranks No. 2 nationally. As a team, UCLA has won four of their last five tournaments and is ranked No. 2 nationally.
This is Mayorkas' first UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the season and second of her career.
