Incoming Recruit Barnes Named Gatorade Girls' Soccer Player of the Year for California

LOS ANGELES - Incoming UCLA women's soccer recruit Lauren Barnes has been named the Gatorade California Girls' Soccer Player of the Year.
The Upland, Calif. defender is now automatically eligible for the Gatorade National Player of the Year award, which will be released later this month.
