The first game (against UCLA) was a tough loss. I think it was very draining and it just took us some time to get going. But we did what we've been doing for most of the season, finding a way to get it done. It's unfortunate that error in the first game because I really felt we had that game won. But we're going to come out and play tomorrow. I feel good and the bottom line is that we are in the championship of a regional. We are a sixth-year program and we are in the championship of a regional with the possibility to win.

I'm glad we had the opportunity to play two games today. This is definitely how our team plays, the way we played against Fullerton and the second game against Nevada. Friday's game against Nevada, we were a team in our first postseason game, you could see it on our faces. After that first game, the kids realized we have nothing to lose and just go out there and play our game. Against Fullerton, the kids swung their bats and Dana (Alcocer) did a great job in the circle and she got the support she needed. We are definitely very proud of our team.
