Directions to receive complimentary admission to the Sunday, Sept. 4 Youth
Soccer Day event:
1. Complete and submit the form below.
2. Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation within 48
hours as a receipt of your registration.
3. You or your coach must submit the form as a team, listing the members
that will be attending Youth Soccer Day.
4. On the day of the match, you will wear your AYSO jersey and check in
under your team name at the front gate of Drake Stadium. You will be
admitted via complimentary admission at the completion of this process.
YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE TICKETS TO THIS EVENT.
Parents, siblings and friends are encouraged to attend Youth Soccer Day also. Tickets may be purchased at the front gate of Drake Stadium on the day of the match. ($6 for adults and $4 for youth under 12)
