TICKETS / RSVPs

Q: How do I register my group?
A: Online registration is the only way to sign up your group. To do so, please visit the www.uclabruins.com/communityregistration

Q: I’ve sent in my request online. Now what do I do?
A: UCLA will review your application and confirm your groups attendance via email. You will receive a ticket confirmation email 3 weeks before the football game and 1 week before for all other sports. Once you receive your confirmation, your group is registered and will receive additional information as the event gets closer. Tickets are not guaranteed when signing up.

Q: I received a confirmation for my tickets, but I didn't get my tickets. What do I do?
A: Tickets are normally sent 2-3 weeks before gameday, so please be patient as we have hundreds of tickets to send out! High School participants please look at information below in regards to your tickets.

Q: Elementary and Middle School Participants: I received my tickets, now what do I do?
A: The gameday contact who filled out the registration form will receive an email from our Central Ticket Office at cto@tickets.ucla.edu with a link to your tickets. You then can access these tickets through the UCLA Bruins app, which is free in the App Store or Google Play Store. For information on transferring your tickets, how to download them, etc; Check out our Mobile Ticketing Guide.

Because of the large quantity of ticket requests and wanting to accommodate everyone, some groups may have to pick up their tickets on gameday at Gate D. Please do not ask us to send us your tickets digitally as we can not do this. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Any other questions in regards to your tickets please contact our Central Ticket Office at cto@tickets.ucla.edu or call 310-825-2101.

If you believe you may have given us the wrong information or your tickets have not arrived 1 week before the event, please email us and we can accommodate your group on the gate list:

Q: High School Participants: I received a confirmation for my tickets, now what do I do?
A: Tickets will need to picked up ON GAMEDAY LOCATED AT GATE E from the gameday contact who filled out the registration form. NCAA rules prohibit us to send high school participants tickets in advance. There will be a booth next to Gate E labeled "I'm Going to College/Athletics For Youth" where you will pick up your tickets and distribute them to your group. You will need to arrive as a group in order for us to give you all of your tickets.

If someone else is picking up the tickets that is not the gameday contact person that was provided, please email communityrelations@athletics.ucla.edu and include your name, school/group/team name, phone number, email address, and the event you are attending.

If you believe you may have given us the wrong information or your tickets have not arrived one weeks before the event, please give us a call and we can accommodate your group on the gate list.

Q: High School Participants: What if we are arriving separately to the game and not as a group?
A: In order for our staff to accommodate you the best, you will need to arrive as a group in order to get your tickets. We know this can be difficult as groups will be arriving at different times so we suggest to meet at Gate E to pick up all of your tickets. Only the gameday contact that was given to us will be able to pick up the tickets. NCAA rules prohibit us to send high school participants tickets in advance.

Q: What if I need to cancel or make changes to my request?
A: If you need to cancel or make any changes to your reservation, please let us know ASAP. If you do not let us know of your cancellation, we may not consider your group for future Community Relations events. Include your name, school/group/team name, phone number, email address, and the event you are attending. Email: communityrelations@athletics.ucla.edu

Q: The IGTC event I wanted to sign up for says “Registration Closed”. Can I still send in a request for my group?
A: Sorry you missed our deadline! If registration is closed, this means that the event has reached maximum capacity. Please consider looking at our other community relations events to see if there is one that fits your schedule.

TRANSPORTATION

Q: What is the address for the Rose Bowl?
A: 1001 Rose Bowl Drive, Pasadena, CA 91184

Q: Do we have to arrive on a bus?
A: Buses are not mandatory, but they are highly recommended for your trip to the Rose Bowl. All buses park for FREE in Lot I (eye). Taking a bus will ensure that your group arrives together and can enter the stadium as a group. CLICK HERE for the Rose Bowl Parking Map.

Q: Can I arrive separately in a car and where do I park?
A: Yes, individual cars or vans can park anywhere in general parking and make their way to the game. Parking for individual vehicles is $25 in advance, and $30 on game day. Parking will be in Lots 1,2,3,4,7 and 8. CLICK HERE for the Rose Bowl Parking Map. UCLA is not able to provide free parking for any groups.

Q: Does UCLA provide free buses for this event?
A: Unfortunately, we are not able to provide free busses for any groups. We recommend contacting your local council person or the bus companies directly to see if they are able to donate a bus for your trip. We do provide free parking for buses in Lot I (eye).

Q: Does our bus need to be identified?
A: Due to the high number of schools arriving by bus, we require displaying a sign with your school’s name in the window to make locating your bus easier at the end of the event.

Q: We need to schedule our bus, but do not know the game time. When will the game time be announced?
A: The kickoff time will be announced 10 days before the game. We will email you with this information immediately so you can confirm all information with your bus company.

ATTENDANCE

Q: How many chaperones do we need to bring?
A: Plan to have chaperones accompany all students in a 1:10 ratio. Upon arrival, designate a meeting spot in case students become separated from your group.

Q: Can we bring parents and siblings?
A: Yes, parents may be considered chaperones and siblings are welcome to join. Your ticket request should incorporate all students and chaperones in the final number.

Q: Do you need the name of everyone in the group?
A: No, we do not need names of everyone in the group.

DAY OF THE GAME

Q: What time is the IGTC Fair?
A: The IGTC Fair normally starts 3 hours before kickoff and runs for around 2 hours. We suggest schools who are planning to bring buses and cars to arrive at the Rose Bowl 3 hours before kickoff.

Q: Were is the Fair being located this year?
A: The fair will be located next to Gate E this year! You will need to check in at the main entrance at the fair with your group first and then you are free to roam where ever you would like throughout the fair!

An email with gameday information and logistics will be going out 1 week before the event so keep an eye out from an email from us!

Q: What time do gates open on gameday?
A: Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff!

Q: How do we enter the stadium?
A: All groups with elementary or middle school-aged kids should have received digital tickets and can enter through any gate at the Rose Bowl.

Any group with high school-aged students or groups that still need to pick up their tickets will need to pick up them up at Gate E at the I'm Going to College booth.

Q: Do we need to arrive as a group?
A: Yes. We understand that carpooling may result in different arrival times, however, we must insist that you make plans to meet somewhere in the parking lot so that your school/group/team enters as one group. This will ease your entry into the game, allow your group to attain seats together, and reduce a back-up at the main gate.

Q: Where do we sit?
A: You are free to sit anywhere within the designated general admission area at the North and South End Zone at a first-come, first-served basis. If you are arriving in individual cars and are planning on sitting together as a school/group/team , please make arrangements to meet your school group at a predetermined time and location. This will allow your group to sit together.

Q: Where should we park?
A: Check above at the transportation section for bus and car parking.

Q: If someone in our group gets separated from the group, where should they go?
A: Once the game begins, all separated students should report to the Pasadena Police Office located inside the Rose Bowl. Chaperones can also meet missing students at this location as well. You can also use our service Tag-A-Kid and can pick up a free I.D. bracelet for your student at any of the Customer Service Offices inside the Rose Bowl. The bracelet will indicate your students name and seat location, so that if your student becomes lost, they can be returned to the proper seat.

Q: Why does UCLA need an emergency contact name and cell phone number?
A: By providing us with an emergency contact and cell phone number, you will help us return lost children as quickly as possible. Please note, this person should attend the game with the group, check-in at the entrance at the gate upon arrival, and have their cell phone handy should we need to contact your group.

Q: Do my students need to wear anything specific? Do they need name tags?
A: Please make sure all children know their chaperone’s name and organization name. We highly encourage all students to wear an identifying T-shirt/uniform or sticker/nametag with the organization’s name on it. We highly encourage all groups to wear Bruin Blue and cheer loud for UCLA!

Q: Can we bring bags into the stadium?
A: To provide a safer environment for the public and improved fan entry into the Rose Bowl, the Rose Bowl has implemented a policy that limits the size and type of bags allowed in the stadium.  The following will help you with the new bag policy, which only permits the following bags into the Rose Bowl:
