**Redshirt junior running back Joshua Kelley rushed for a career-high 289 yards. It was the third-most rushing yards in a single game in UCLA history (Maurice Jones-Drew, 322, 2004; DeShaun Foster, 301, 2001; both games versus Washington). It was also the most rushing yards ever in a UCLA-USC tilt. Kelley’s 40 carries were also tied for the third most in a single game at UCLA (42 by Karim Abdul-Jabbar vs. Stanford in 1995, and by Foster vs. Alabama in 2000).
**Kelley ran for a touchdown for the seventh game in a row (10 total TDs). Skip Hicks was the last Bruin to rush for a TD in seven-straight games (overall streak was 14). His two longest runs of his career came in today’s contest, a 61-yard gain in the first quarter and a 55-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter.
**Kelley became the first Bruin to surpass the 1,000-yard rushing mark in a season since Paul Perkins (1,343) in 2015. With his 289 yards today, Kelley is up to 1,188 for the season (11th-most yards in one season at UCLA). Kelley picked up his sixth 100-yard rushing game of 2018, the most since Perkins had six in 2014.
**The 313 rushing yards for the Bruins as a team were the most since 2014 against Oregon (328).
**The Bruins snapped a three-game losing streak against USC with today’s victory. UCLA improved to 11-8 at The Rose Bowl against the Trojans.
