- Dorian Thompson-Robinson is the first Bruin true freshman quarterback to start a game since Josh Rosen in 2015. He is the eighth Bruin true freshman quarterback to start a game and the fourth to start their first career game at a road venue.
- Tight end Caleb Wilson’s 65-yard first-quarter reception was the longest of this career.
- Head Coach Chip Kelly now owns a 15-7 record in games against ranked (AP) teams in his collegiate career. He has a career collegiate record of 46-9.
- Theo Howard has now caught at least one pass in each of the last 18 games.

- UCLA has posted a record of 13-14 in games against ranked (AP) opponents since 2012. UCLA’s last win vs. a team ranked in the top 10 was in 2010 at No. 7 Texas.
- UCLA now owns a record of 18-7 vs. non-conference opponents since 2012.
- UCLA has lost its last 11 true road games. The last Bruin win was on Sept. 17, 2016 at BYU. The last time it started a season 0-2 was in 2010.
- The Bruins will host Fresno State in the Rose Bowl next Saturday. The teams have not met since the 2008 season.
