- LB John Ward became the eighth true freshman to play for UCLA this season
- RB Demetric Felton set a career-high in receptions with 9; he tied his previous career-high with 7 in the first half alone
- With seven points (1 FG, 4 PATs), JJ Molson moved up to No. 7 on UCLA’s all-time scoring list with 271 career points
- Molson moved past No. 8 Deshaun Foster (266, 1998-2001) and No. 7 Alfredo Velasco (267, 1986-89)
- Demetric Felton had a career-long 75-yard rushing touchdown in the third quarter, making it 34-23 at the time
- Felton finished with 111 yards rushing on 11 carries, his first career 100-yard rushing game
- Felton’s 75-yard run was his fourth touchdown of at least 75 yards this season

- QB Austin Burton made his first career start, completing 27 of 41 passes for 236 yards and one passing touchdown (no interceptions)
- Burton’s 27 completions were the most by a Bruin quarterback in their debut start since Josh Rosen (28) in 2015
- Burton joins Rosen as the only two Bruin QBs to complete 27+ passes in their debut start since 1995
- Burton had a six-yard rushing score in the fourth quarter; giving him both his first career rushing and passing touchdowns on Saturday
- Eight separate Bruins had a reception against OSU, tying a season-high
- UCLA has had its QB rush for 50+ yards in three consecutive games (Burton had 64 against OSU, Dorian Thompson-Robinson had 57 at Washington State and 63 at Arizona)
- WR Kyle Philips set career highs with 7 receptions and 71 yards receiving; he also recorded his second touchdown reception of the year
