Frequently Asked Questions / How to Access Your Tickets
Log into your account in Account Manager and become familiar with the options available to manage your tickets
To Login:
- Uclabruins.com – select Tickets in upper right and then Account Manager Login
- Enter your account ID and Password
- Select My Account along the top and then Manage My Tickets
- Reissue – You can send a link to your tickets to you via email.
- Open this email on your phone, click the link and add them to your phone’s wallet.
- If you asked for print-at-home delivery, click the link in this email and you will prompted to Download PDF tickets which you then print.
- There is no option to view your tickets.
- There is no option to print tickets directly to paper.
- Transfer – You can transfer tickets to friends.
- Select the game and then seats you want to transfer
- Enter the phone number of the person you would like to transfer the ticket(s) to, review and confirm.
- Pending Transfer – Displays the tickets that are in the process of being transferred. Your guests have 48 hours to accept the transfer otherwise it is cancelled.
- Sell on StubHub – We are now integrated with the largest resale market and you can able to post your tickets for sale on StubHub.
Why are we moving to digital ticketing?
In an effort to enhance the fan experience and to ensure the safety of our fans and staff on gameday. Digital ticketing provides convenience, eliminates waste, assists with a more timely delivery process, and increases safety by eliminating the physical handling of tickets.
How does mobile ticket delivery work?
Season ticket holders will access their tickets and parking through the UCLA Bruins app, which is free in the App Store or Google Play Store.
After downloading the app, click Tickets in the lower right corner, click Manage Tickets, and log in to view your tickets and parking.
All other buyers, after purchasing your tickets, you will receive an email from cto@tickets.ucla.edu that will contain a link to your tickets. Click on this link to view your tickets and add to your mobile wallet on iPhone or Android. You can also view your tickets through the UCLA Bruins app.
Yes, all of your tickets can/will live in the mobile wallet on your cellular device.
I am in Account Manager on my desktop computer and don’t see my print-at-home-tickets.
These tickets were emailed to you and can only be accessed from that email. After opening the email, please click on the link to access your tickets, you will be prompted to DOWNLOAD PDF, click to download and then print the tickets.
What if my guest(s) and I arrive to the venue at different times?
Tickets are easy to transfer and share via the UCLA Bruins app OR through your account manager. You can purchase multiple tickets and transfer to your guests easily, so that you can arrive at different times. Each person entering the stadium will need a ticket to get in. You can transfer each member their ticket individually prior to your arrival.
Can I have multiple tickets on one phone?
Yes, you will have the ability to swipe through multiple tickets on your phone. However, we recommend transferring each person their ticket in case you wish to enter the stadium at separate times.
Can I use digital tickets if I do not have smartphone?
Digital tickets are available only on smartphones. If you require a print-at-home ticket, please contact the Central Ticket Office at cto@tickets.ucla.edu or 310 UCLA-WIN (310 825-2946).
What if my phone battery dies on game day?
You can present a valid photo ID at any Customer Service window to have your ticket reissued to gain access.
What if I don’t have Wi-Fi connectivity on gameday?
We highly recommend downloading tickets to your phone’s mobile wallet at least 24 hours before the game. This will result in a seamless entry. Another benefit of adding your tickets to your mobile wallet, is in the event of a date or time change, your tickets will automatically adjust to the new event date or time.
How will parking work?
Parking passes will also be distributed digitally through the mobile app or your account manager and delivered to you via email.
Can I transfer my tickets more than one time?
Tickets can be transferred more than once; however only once by the person in possession of the tickets.
