TEAM NOTES
- UCLA holds a 42-32-2 edge in the series.
- UCLA has won nine of the last 10 home games in the series with Washington after tonight’s victory.
- UCLA has won its last six home games. The last time it won six home games was during the 2017 season. The last time it won more than six straight home games was a 10-game stretch over the 2005-2006 seasons.
- UCLA’s eight-game winning streak is tied for the second longest in FBS college football heading into Saturday’s games behind only Clemson (10). Kentucky goes into Saturday with eight straight wins. UCLA last won more than eight consecutive games during its school-record streak of 20 compiled in the 1997-1998 seasons.
- UCLA went 4-0 in September. The last time UCLA won all of its September games was 2015.
- UCLA’s last previous win over a ranked opponent came a season ago against No. 16 LSU. UCLA’s last win over a top-15 ranked opponent was against No. 11 Kansas State on Jan. 2, 2015 in the Valero Alamo Bowl following the 2014 season. The last Bruin win at home over a top-15 ranked opponent came against then-No. 14 Arizona in 2014 in Pasadena.
- The Bruins have won their first five games of the 2022 season. The last time UCLA won its first five games was in the 2013 campaign. The last time it won more than five straight games to begin a season was in an 8-0 start to the 2005 campaign.
- The last time UCLA won its first two conference games of the season was in 2013 when it took down Cal and Utah … the last time it started 3-0 in league play was in 2005 on its way to a 5-0 beginning to that conference season.
- UCLA recorded its first safety since the 2018 season when Martin Andrus Jr. tackled a Stanford player in the end zone.

- Dorian Thompson-Robinson has now made 40 career starts and is tied for second with Brett Hundley (2011-14) who also had 40 and all-time quarterback starts leader Cade McNown (1995-98) who started 44 games.
- Safety Stephan Blaylock made his 36th straight start against UW. His second-quarter interception was his third career theft and first of the 2022 season.
- Linebacker JonJon Vaughns made his second career interception, both this season, in the second quarter against Washington.
- Receiver Jake Bobo caught two touchdown passes against the Huskies (12, 39 yds). It is the first time in his career at Duke/UCLA that he has caught multiple scoring passes in a game. The 142 receiving yards by Bobo on six catches was a career-best (Duke/UCLA) yardage total.
- Dorian Thompson-Robinson threw for three TD passes against Washington to up his career TD pass total to 72. He entered the game with 69 career TD passes, which is second on the all-time school list to Brett Hundley’s 75 (2011-14).
- With 24 pass completions today, Dorian Thompson-Robinson moved past Cade McNown (1995-98, 694) into third-place on the all-time school completions list with 698. Second on the UCLA completions list is Josh Rosen at 712 (2015-17).
- Dorian Thompson-Robinson (8,752) moved past Drew Olson (2002-05 8,532 yds) with his 315 passing yards tonight and into fourth on the all-time school passing yards. Third is Josh Rosen (2015-17 9,341 yds).
- UCLA is now 10-0 when running back Zach Charbonnet runs for 100 yards over his two seasons as a Bruin. Charbonnet ran for 124 yards on 22 carries against the Huskies. It was Charbonnet’s third 100-yard game of the 2022 season (also vs. Bowling Green 111, and at Colorado 104 yds).
