2025 Wescom Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD & SPONSOR INFORMATION
The 2025 Wescom Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes (the โSweepstakesโ) is sponsored by Wescom Central Credit Union (the โSponsorโ) and administered by JMIS College, LLC (the โAdministratorโ) in collaboration with the Athletic Department of the University of California on behalf of its Los Angeles campus (the โUniversityโ). The Sweepstakes begins on February 26, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on March 4, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. PT (the โSweepstakes Periodโ). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, trustees, and independent contractors of Sponsor, Administrator, and University, as well as their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other companies involved in the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family members of such individuals, including spouses, parents, children, siblings, and members of their households, are also ineligible to participate.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting www.uclabruins.com/sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period and following the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. The entry form must be completed in full and submitted before 6:59:59 p.m. PT on March 4, 2025, to be eligible.
Each participant may submit only one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt to exceed the entry limit or submit multiple entries using different identities or automated methods will result in disqualification. The Administratorโs computer will serve as the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. WINNER SELECTION
On or about March 4, 2025, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected by the Administrator from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements and comply with these Official Rules in order to receive the prize. The Administratorโs decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the drawing.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within twenty-four (24) hours after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within two (2) business days of notification and must sign and return a Prize Acceptance & Liability Waiver within the deadline provided. If the potential winner fails to respond within the required time, fails to return the required documents, is found ineligible, or violates the Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited. In such cases, the Administrator may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
6. PRIZES & ODDS OF WINNING
Once verified, the winner will receive a signed basketball and two (2) tickets to the UCLA Men's Basketball home game on Saturday, March 8, 2025. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $500.
The tickets awarded as part of the prize are subject to all applicable University and venue terms and conditions and may not be resold, transferred, or auctioned. University and Administrator reserve the right to revoke tickets if the winner or guest violates venue policies, appears intoxicated, or engages in disruptive behavior. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted except at the Sponsorโs sole discretion.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
7. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor, Administrator, and University the royalty-free, worldwide right to use the winnerโs name, likeness, image, voice, and statements (โPublicity Rightsโ) for promotional and marketing purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, in any media now known or developed in the future, including but not limited to social media, digital advertising, print materials, and broadcasts, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
The winner understands and agrees that the Sponsor, Administrator, and University may use photographs, videos, or other recordings of the winner accepting the prize or participating in Sweepstakes-related events for promotional purposes. The winner waives any right to review or approve such materials. The winner further agrees to sign any necessary documents, if requested, to confirm these rights.
This provision does not obligate the Sponsor, Administrator, or University to use the winnerโs Publicity Rights or create promotional content featuring the winner.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures that compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor and Administrator also reserve the right to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
9. INDEMNIFICATION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, or losses of any kind arising from or related to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use of any prize, or any travel or event-related activity associated with the prize. This release includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, death, property damage, defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of publicity rights, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, except where prohibited by law.
The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for any disruptions, delays, cancellations, or other circumstances beyond their control that may affect the prize, including but not limited to travel delays, event cancellations, lost or stolen tickets, or changes to the prize for reasons beyond the Sweepstakes Entitiesโ reasonable control. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes must be resolved individually and without resort to class action, in a court located in the State of California.
11. PRIVACY POLICY

12. WINNERS LIST
To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 2025 Wescom Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes, 325 Westwood Plazaย Morgan Center Room 140, Los Angeles, CA 90095. Requests must be received by March 15, 2025.
