She competed at one indoor meet and posted a time of 58.31 in the 400m at the MLK Invitational. Folston had a time of 2:17.86 to finish ninth in the 800m at the Beach Opener in the only outdoor meet before the season was shut down due to COVID-19.
High School
Folston is a 2019 graduate from Cocoa High in Cocoa, Fla. She has personal bests of 53.04 in the 400m, 2:10 in the 800m and 24.13 in the 200m. Won the Florida 2A title in the 400m as a junior and placed second in the state meet as a senior. She ran her PR of 53.04 in placing third in the 400m at the 2018 New Balance Nationals. Won the 400m gold medal with a time of 53.71 at the 2018 AAU Junior Olympics. Also in 2018, she set the Florida state record time of 1:32.04 in the 600m. She was an Honor Society student and a member of the Black Students Association.
