Stroked the novice eight crew in the Bruins’ first spring competition, rowing at the UC Challenge in Newport Beach, Calif. (March 4) … helped lead UCLA’s novice crew to a first-place finish against UC Santa Barbara, UC Davis and UC Irvine at the UC Challenge … stroked the open four ‘A’ crew against Stanford and San Diego State in the Bruins’ first home spring competition (March 11) … rowed two seat in the novice eight crew at the two-day San Diego Crew Classic (April 1-2), helping the Bruins finish in third place on both days (including in the Grand Final race on day two) … rowed two seat in the third varsity eight (3V8+) crew in the annual crosstown showdown versus USC (April 30) … stroked the novice eight at the season-culminating Pac-12 Championships on Lake Natoma (May 15).
