Becky Dab serves as an Assistant Director of Equipment Operations, Olympic Sports. Dab joined UCLA in 2021 and is the head equipment manager for women’s basketball, cross country, and track & field.
From 2017-2019 Dab worked at UC San Diego as an assistant equipment manager where she helped oversee equipment needs for all 18 teams.
Dab has a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Middle Tennessee State and a master’s degree in Sport Administration from Fresno State.
Dab is a certified member of the Athletic Equipment Managers Association.
