Leah Tsui enters her first season with the UCLA men’s basketball program as the team’s performance dietitian. Tsui, pronounced choy, is a registered dietitian nutritionist and the founder of Limitless Nutrition, a Los Angeles-based practice specializing in sports performance nutrition for collegiate and elite athletes.
Tsui brings over 10 years of experience in the field, having worked directly with USC Athletics, Drexel Athletics, the Philadelphia Union (Major League Soccer), and athletes who have prepared for the NFL Combine. She has developed individualized, evidence-based nutrition strategies that support fueling, hydration, recovery, and return-to-play. Her approach integrates body composition and hydration assessment with close collaboration across multidisciplinary sports medicine teams – including physicians, physical therapists, and strength & conditioning staff – to help athletes perform and recover at the highest level.
Tsui earned a Master’s of Science degree in human nutrition from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in human biology, with an emphasis in nutrition and metabolism, from the University of Southern California (USC). Tsui is a registered dietitian nutritionist and licensed dietitian nutritionist (RDN, LDN).
Guided by a food-first, evidence-based philosophy, Tsui commits to helping athletes build sustainable, performance-driven relationships with food – grounded in science, not restriction. Beyond individual practice, she also provides business-to-business nutrition consulting for consumer-packaged goods (CPG) and wellness brands, bringing her clinical expertise to practitioner education and brand strategy initiatives.
