Leif Caesar serves as Assistant Director of Compliance, having joined the staff in July 2024.
In his role, Leif oversees day-to-day compliance operations for Beach Volleyball, Swim & Dive, and Rowing, in addition to monitoring department-wide compliance of assigned bylaws. Leif also provides secondary support for student-athlete services.
Prior to serving in his current role, Leif worked as Assistant Director (2022-24) and Graduate Assistant (2021-22) within the UNLV Compliance Office. While at UNLV, he obtained his M.Ed. In Intercollegiate and Professional Sport Management.
Leif earned his Bachelor's degree from UCLA, where he was a student manager for the Football program.
