FALL THROWS SERIES PROGRAM
UCLA's summer throws camp series is for athletes High School through master's age. The camp will be instructed by UCLA Throws Coach Sean Denard and held at UCLA's Drake Stadium. The camp is limited to 10 athletes per session. Denard has worked extensively with athletes of all calibers, assisting in the winning of championships from high school to Olympic level, Denard's college athletes have amassed 6 NCAA Championships and over 100 All-American Awards. Denard also serves as a National Coach for Team USA and has overseen the collection of over 25 medals, including 10 gold for team USA.

CANCELLATION/TRANSFER/CREDIT POLICY
*All requests (ANY REASON) must be submitted in writing via email*

Once registered and paid, any cancellation, withdrawal, or transfer (FOR ANY REASON) follows these per-session, per-camper policies:

• PRIOR TO ONE WEEK BEFORE CAMP:
  • Cancellation: Refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
• WITHIN ONE WEEK OF CAMP:
  • Cancellation: Refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
• INJURY AT CAMP:
  • With doctor’s note during or within one week after camp, receive a credit (toward 2026 camps) for the unused portion, pro-rated.
• VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL/CAMP DISMISSAL:
  • No refunds for voluntary withdrawal (e.g. homesickness, appointments, etc.) or dismissal.

*Credits apply only to 2026-27 Girls Soccer Camps and cannot roll over beyond 2027. Credits are non-refundable and strictly for future camps.

NO SHOWS POLICY
No refund for registrations if your child does not attend. All cancellations require written email notification. You’ll get a confirmation email. Daily no-shows are not eligible for refunds/credits. Camp dismissal may result from conduct violations.

If the person paying for the camp is a current member of one of the UCLA groups below, a discount of $25 per session (only eligible sessions) can be applied by entering the coupon code found in the paragraph below:

Current membership information must be on file with the Camp Office. When you get to the cart page during registration, enter UCLA25 in the Coupon Code field to activate the $25 discount (if applicable). If you have not already done so, upon registration you will be prompted to enter your membership identification number. This number will be used to verify your account's status. If your membership number is invalid, you will not receive the discount, and your camper's account will maintain a $25 balance per session. A photocopy of your membership card or UCLA faculty/staff ID can be submitted in order for the discount to be verified. (This discount is applicable only if the person paying for the camp is a member of one of the above groups) You may scan and email a copy of your card, or you may fax it to (310) 206-7527. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE COUPON CODE PRIOR TO PAYING FOR CAMP, THE DISCOUNT WILL NOT BE ADDED RETROACTIVELY.

If the person paying for the camp is a current member of the Bruin Varsity Club, a discount of $40 per session (only eligible sessions) can be applied by entering the coupon code found below. Current membership information must be on file with the Camp Office.
