Tucson, Ariz. - The eighth-ranked UCLA gymnastics team hit all 24 of its routines and scored a national season-high of 196.3 in defeating Arizona, Central Michigan and Iowa in a quadrangular meet at the University of Arizona Friday night.

Junior All-American Mohini Bhardwaj led a UCLA sweep of the Top 4 all-around placings, capturing first place with a career-high of 39.45. She was followed by senior Lena Degteva (39.35) and freshmen Kristin Parker (38.975) and Malia Jones (38.825) in their all-around debuts.

Bhardwaj, the nation's top-ranked gymnast on bars, won that event for the second consecutive meet witha 9.925 and also took first-place honors on vault (9.875) and floor (9.85). Freshman Onnie Willis tied with Bhardwaj on floor for her first career individual victory.

Senior Heidi Moneymaker completed the Bruin sweep by taking first place on beam with a 9.9.

UCLA's mark of 196.3 was the highest the Bruins have ever scored in January and is the nation's top score so far this season.

The Bruins will compete at Cal State Fullerton on Monday, Jan. 17 at Titan Gym at 7:00pm before their home opener against Arizona State on Jan. 28.
